FREE Acupressure e-Consult

Acupressure is most easily described as Acupuncture without the needles. It utilizes the Chinese meridian system and points to relieve physical pain, digestion, mental fog, etc. A lot of the point work can be self-administered for maintenance of chronic complaints, so it is an incredibly useful tool.

Founder of Wellness Lab
Licensed Massage Therapist

My primary focus is working with athletic individuals who are looking for injury recovery/prevention, or to optimize their training and performance. Therefore, I incorporate Myofascial techniques in the majority of massage sessions, along with a relaxation element to help the body heal itself.
Let me help you walk without low back pain, perfect your throwing arm, or get rid of that nagging feeling in your hip or ankle when you run. Being an athlete myself, you can trust that I can empathize with the high expectations that you have of your body. I look forward to seeing you in the clinic!

"I had been looking for a sports massage therapist and stumbled upon Erin through google - and what a lucky find. She is warm in welcoming new clients and understanding their needs and she is SO knowledgeable about the body and her different types of techniques and styles...
Erin is a complete professional with the expertise I was looking for. Highly recommend if you're an active person looking for an individual who can do quite a bit more than a general massage."

"Erin is the only person I trust with my body.
She is an amazing therapist, knowledgeable resource and trusted resource for all things related to 'true health and wellness' care.
I absolutely adore her!!!
You cannot go wrong with Erin."
