It utilizes the Chinese meridian system and points to relieve physical pain, digestion, mental fog, etc. A lot of the point work can be self-administered for maintenance of chronic complaints, so it is an incredibly useful tool.

My primary focus is working with athletic individuals who are looking for injury recovery/prevention, or to optimize their training and performance. Therefore, I incorporate Myofascial techniques in the majority of massage sessions, along with a relaxation element to help the body heal itself.

As a valedictorian of Cortiva Institute – Chicago with a background in dance, gymnastics, stunt performance, and psychology, she draws upon her knowledge with multiple Massage techniques, Massage Cupping, RockTape, Yoga, & Reiki to identify how to best treat your body as a whole.
Erin was the recipient of Cortiva’s David Kawaters scholarship for her clinical skills, as well as academic achievements. Learning is a lifetime goal, and her clients allow her to continually strive to be better and learn more for their benefit. Erin was recently accepted into the Master's Program of Health & Human Performance at Pacific College of Health & Science (previously Pacific College of Oriental Medicine) with an expected graduation in 2022.
